Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate our
clients to the best of our ability. However, in order to maintain the efficiency of our
services and ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, we have implemented
the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled treatment:
- Clients may cancel their appointment without penalty.
- To cancel or reschedule, clients must contact us on 07477554136 during normal
working hours, or by email at reception@revitallure.co.uk at least 7 days before the
scheduled appointment time.

2. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled treatment:
- A deposit was collected at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
- If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the scheduled appointment, the deposit
will be forfeited.
- We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but this policy helps us manage our
schedule effectively and ensures fairness to both our clients and our staff.

Please note:
- The cancellation policy applies to all appointments, including consultations,
treatments, and follow-up appointments.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we will review each situation
on a case-by-case basis.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation
policy, as it allows us to better serve all of our clients.
